Frequently Asked Questions

  • We do not require a deposit. However, to be respectful of everyone's time, we do require a credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless you no-show your appointment.

  • Check out our promotions page for the most up-to-date list of promotions! Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for notifications on new promotions, offers, and treatments!

  • We understand circumstances change! If you need to cancel your appointment, we do ask for a 48-hour notice. If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment and do not show up, we do charge a $150 no-show fee.

  • Yes! In the clinic we accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and Venmo.

  • You can expect to receive your order in 7-10 days. You will receive a tracking number once the order ships that can be used to provide you with a more accurate ETA. Please be aware once a shipment goes out, it may experience delays due to the carrier.

  • We currently do not offer auto-ship on our skincare products. However, it is something that we are exploring and may be an option in the future.

  • For online purchases, we accept most major credit cards and apple pay. In the clinic, we also accept Venmo and cash.
